Spinnaker Global announces that their Seafarer wage benchmarking reports, which now include the pay data in the cruise sector, are now available.
Spinnaker provide wage cost reports which show the daily wages of Officers and ratings on board vessel types such as LNG, LPG and Bulk Carriers.
For the first time, data is available for staff working onboard cruise ships in hospitality-related positions such as chefs, bartenders and entertainment roles.
The Spinnaker crew wage reports are made up of data from over 250,000 seafarers globally which represents around 15% of the world’s seafaring population. Over 100 nationalities and 52 ranks are included making this the most comprehensive set of benchmarking data available. Regarding the Cruise report, around 60 ranks are included covering data from over 50,000 cruise staff.
