Maritime London is delighted to welcome UCL Centre for Commercial Law as a Member.
The Centre was established to provide a focal point for the Faculty’s outstanding expertise and academic strength in the field of commercial (including maritime/shipping) law. The Centre for Commercial Law brings together experts in the field to stimulate research and debate in commercial law (including maritime/shipping) and practice. Located in the heart of London, one of the Centre’s main goals is to bring together commercial law experts to strengthen cooperation with other academic centres, international organisations, the legal profession and the industry.
UCL Laws is rated the top law school for research quality in the UK (REF 2021). It came sixth in the 2022 Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings for law schools. In the QS World University Rankings 2022 for Law & Legal Studies, UCL Laws is ranked 13th in the world.
