As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic continues, the Shipowners’ Club says it has seen a number of queries regarding the contractual implications of the outbreak.
To assist Members with such queries, the Club has produced new guidance which addresses some of the most frequently asked questions, including matters relating to crewing, force majeure, port queries and termination of contract.
